With the Problem Statement, Research Question, and Elevator Statement set, more detailed research begins. The company website will serve as a liason to our investors keeping them up to date on the latest developments in project development. Our Gant Chart has been established to ensure our investors a solid complete and tested product by December. Server hosting space has been procured and preliminary front-end and back-end development coding for the prototype will begin within the week. Site designs, color schemes, layouts, and features have been designed and proposed by team members and preliminary narrowing and selection has taken place. The big question of "Is there already a good site like this out there for this?" has been thoroughly researched by Kathi Foreman who has compiled a detailed grid of existing sites and their features / usability. Also, on the research front, we are in the process of setting up a trip to Fair Oaks Dairy Farm. Fair Oaks is home to 30,000 dairy cows and farms 17,000 acres to feed their livestock. We plan to tour their facilities and speak with a manager of their feed planning.
