Problem Statement: Currently there are no nationwide, simple, and complete websites that help those selling or looking for hay/forage.

The Hay Locator Project is for farmers who need to find forage for their livestock, primarily as a resource during times of catastrophe and drought, nationwide. The Hay Locator Project is an online utility and database where farmers can post ads for other farmers to search for and purchase their available hay. Unlike existing websites with similar intentions, the Purdue Hay Locator will be nationwide, simple in regards to usability and time commitment, and complete with all the important information for buyers and sellers.
